Who is Dustin DeFrates?
In 2003, Dustin moved to Scottsdale, Az anticipating a residential market boom, he was right.
DeFrates is passionate about building real estate, startups and people that align my principles and live-work balance with a focus on creating a space for communities and people to thrive. My favorite sports are in the mountains and ocean.
Since his move to Scottsdale, DeFrates has accumulated 20 years of experience in residential & multifamily asset management, 50MM+ as principle. His experience as a individual within various entities includes:
Founded a boutique real estate brokerage focused on property management, $550 million in sales to date.
Experience in ground-up construction, condo conversions, land subdivision, and renovations at scale.
Grew three family office portfolios that delivered 500%+ un-leveraged ROI.
Co-founder or founder of Geopoint Data, Mail & Leads product suite, Listing Advocate, Owner Advocate, and Call Gurus.*
Today, Dustin stewards The DeFrates Group where he acts as managing partner and/or co-founder of a suite of vertically integrated companies. His objective is build new and exciting partnerships to utilize his direct to development, asset management seller marketing & technology stack to deliver opportunities to create build for rent, multifamily & single family scatter in primary & tertiary markets.
